Bathurst Manor

No longer a well-kept secret, this area continues to become more popular given the generous lots, affordability, and the strong sense of community in this quiet area of North York.

Ravines, parks, and quiet streets make this a great family neighbourhood! There are numerous synagogues, churches, schools (renowned William Lyon Mackenzie Collegiate Institute), shops, restaurants, community centres (The Irving W. Chapley Community Centre) and services available within walking distance.

While a generous number of post-war bungalows still stand, there are a number of them being torn down and replaced with larger 2 storey homes.

For those of you wanting to downsize or enter into the market for the first time, there is a great selection of newly constructed condos in the area, particularly on Sheppard Avenue, west of Bathurst.

There are still some un-renovated bungalows available in this area that are considered a good value given the quality of the original build and the large lot sizes!

As someone who has lived in the Manor for over a decade and still owns property in the neighbourhood, I can say with certainty that this area only gets better as time goes on, offering buyers an excellent opportunity for investment as well as a great community to live in.
